What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM/ODM projectors?
1. By our neutral spec: from 1 unit
2. Custom color box, LOGO, etc.: from 500 units

What is the typical lead time from sampling to mass production?
Sampling usually takes 5 working days after design confirmation; mass production lead time is roughly 30 days depending on order volume and customization depth. We provide a milestone schedule at the quotation stage.
What customization options do you support for private label projectors?
We support logo and boot animation, packaging and manuals, system UI/launcher, pre-installed apps, hardware/optical tuning (brightness, throw ratio), and fully private tooling (ID/MD). OEM covers branding our existing models; ODM covers custom development where the IP belongs to you.
Which certifications can you provide for target markets?
We supply CE, FCC, RoHS, UKCA and BIS as standard, plus Google TV & Netflix licensing for licensed models. We assist with regional compliance documentation for North America, EU, UK and India.
OEM vs ODM — which model fits my business?
OEM: you select from NESOUL’s existing projector catalog and add your logo, packaging and other branding, then place the order directly — we produce and ship. It’s the fastest, lowest-MOQ route with no new development. ODM: you provide the product definition and we custom-develop ID, optics and firmware to your spec — and the intellectual property belongs to you. ODM suits differentiated, exclusive products.
Can we audit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. We welcome on-site factory audits and third-party inspections (e.g., SGS/BV). Our 15,000㎡ facility with in-house optics, firmware, ID/MD and SMT lines can be toured by appointment. Virtual audits are available for overseas buyers.
